WELCOME TO THE COURSE!
Congratulations on registering for the Advanced Suspended Fitness Course and starting your Suspended Fitness learning. The following pre-course online lessons must be completed prior to attending the face to face course you are registered for. This content will remain available to you to come back and refresh any time you need via your account, and your downloadable/printable workbook can also be used for future reference.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
This course delivers information in a combination of learning styles, including visual, auditory, read/write and kinaesthetic, and covers fundamental Suspended Fitness principles, equipment set-up and use, and exercises.
- Download your course workbook (see workbook tab above or check your email for a copy).
- Making notes in your workbook can be done with the digital file (bring a laptop or tablet to the course), or by printing your workbook and writing in it. Before printing, please consider the environment.
- Don’t rush. Take your time and feel free to repeat a lesson, or rewind a video if you need, or make extra notes in your workbook.
